Soft Opening Scheduled for July 4: The Waterside Grill & Bar prepares a mean grilled cheese and tomato sandwich on whole wheat bread, and offers a Luau chicken sandwich, Mahi Mahi on a hearty roll, Southwest chicken salad, a classic garden entree salad (you can add shrimp or chicken to this), a veggie or Bayou fish wrap. Waterside Grill & Bar is located on the first level of The Pier at the water's edge and also holds FREE Salsa dancing every Friday night from 9:15 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
