Ichabod's Dockside is a favorite of the locals around downtown Melbourne. Nestled in the marina, it is all about boaters, and local politics. The beer is cold, and the atmosphere is "cheery". However, don't go there with a "good-meal" on your mind, as the food, mostly fried, is pretty bad. I have tried almost everything on the menue (in vain ..) and cannot find an item to recommend. Even the fish dip was bad on one occasion. But, a good place for a Friday happy hour, or lazy Saturday afternoon. (By Tom W.)
