For mariners traveling through the Keys, "KCB" Marina has always been a welcome haven, whether trying to get out of the weather or just for a stop for a day or two in their travels to enjoy some relaxation and amenities not found on board.
The marina has a fuel dock with gasoline and deisel fuel and pump-out facilities and water. A well stocked bait and tackle shop is a popular starting point for area anglers seeking the convenience of not having to drive all over to get bait, but rather stocking up, either by car or boats moored dockside before heading out on the ocean or gulf.
Adjacent to the marina are a fully stocked deli for quick morning snacks and lunch to take on board, a full service sit down restaurant, serving lunch and dinner featuring true Florida Keys cuisine, a well stocked SCUBA diving shop who also offer daily wreck and reef dive trips and a large fleet of quality rental boats of every discription.

Vessels wishing to dock in the City marina canal must contact the marina upon entry into Boot Key Harbor. Dockage is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis; there are no reservations. If all dockage is occupied, or a vessel is too large for the space available, customers may place their name on a waiting list by coming in-person to the Marina office. Assignments will be based on dockage availability and vessel length. Insurance coverage of at least $300,000 is required for overnight dockage in the City marina canal.
