This is a 3.5-acre park used as a boat launching facility into Lake Monroe, which is a 9,406 acre lake, and the St. Johns River basin. This park is located 1 mile north of Interstate 4 on State Road 17-92 on the St. Johns River. This park has pavilions and a historical swinging bridge used as a fishing pier. Volusia County operates another landing directly a cross the river. They have a small launch fee, bu t they do offer restrooms that are not available a t the w ayside landing.
