Mandarin Park Boat Ramp is located in Mandarin Park, along Julington Creek. Amenities include picnic tables, rest rooms and a fishing pier. The park setting also offers play areas, walking trails and an interpretive nature center.
A single one lane Boat Ramp which accesses the beautiful St John's River. Once launching from here you can go north or south on the river for some of the best fishing in Florida. The ramp is equipped with a floating dock and launching facility. There is some good fishing and shrimping from the docks as well
Head east on U.S. Hwy 17 in east Palatka from the eastern end of Memorial Bridge, go 1.9 miles, turn right on Pico Road and follow road 0.2 mile to ramp at end of road. Single-lane ramp with unimproved parking capable of accommodating 20 vehicles.
