In 2001, the Marina was awarded the “Clean Marina” certification by the State of Florida (the first marina to be awarded this certification in SE Florida). The Marina is also the recipient of a “Waterway Cleanup 2000” award from the Marine Industries Association of South Florida.
The facility includes a mega-yacht marina, 352 rental apartments, 16 guest suites and various retail outlets. Our marina, with 2500 feet of parallel dockage, offers ample space for 22 mega-yachts.
Constructed of heavy concrete floating docks with 30-inch freeboard, our docks were designed to afford easy boarding and secure berthing for large vessels.
Dockside services include power post utilities with 50 Amp and 100 Amp single- and three-phase connections, water, cable television, multiple telephone outlets and hydrant pump-outs.

The marina is conveniently situated between three major boat and yacht repair facilities and above the hurricane evacuation zone. Our marina is part of a residential apartment and office rental complex and offers a host of amenities and services only found in a luxury resort.
