Marinatown Yacht Harbour is a liveaboard marina with 135 deep water slips that offers annual, monthly and daily rates. The marina has 30, 50 and 100 amp power services along with water, phone and wireless internet hookups. The marina offers a pump-out service, laundry, large beautiful pool, and bathroom facilities. At this marina you will find a diversity of people from people who own corporations to people that have sailed around the world. We have families that have lived here over 30 years and raised their children. These people are good, honest and hardworking always helping their neighbor. You will not find a better marina neighborhood to dock at.
In Marinatown, guests arrive by land and sea. More than 100 slips are available to both those who live in the marina, and those who visit there by boat. Now there are four waterfront restaurants in the harbor.
Family owned and operated marina. The docks were completely replaced in Oct. of 2002. The ships store, bathrooms, shower and laundry facilities were remodeled in Dec. of 2003. Sweetwater Landing offers services to suit a variety of boater needs. The marina is able to accommodate wet storage up to 100 feet and dry storage up to 30 feet. Boat slips are equipped with electricity, water, and pump-out. Transients up to 100 feet are welcome.
Get out on the water quick by calling ahead. We'll have your boat in the water, gassed and ready to go when you arrive.
A full-service ships store stocks the marine supplies you need to enjoy a day on the water: radios, coolers, lorans, depth and fish finders, binoculars, fishing gear, fire extinguishers and more. We also have sunscreen, snacks, and cold drinks.
