Little Harbor, has recently announced the completion of Antigua Cove Marina, the latest addition to its seaside village community. Located on Tampa Bay’s South Shore, Antigua Cove boasts 99 state-of-the-art floating concrete docks, excellent access to world-class fishing, and slips for 40’, 50’ and 60’ vessels. With this addition, Little Harbor has been recently named the fifth-largest marina in the Tampa Bay area by the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
“Antigua Cove offers boaters much more than just new docks,” says Marina Manager and Dockmaster Pete Pfizenmayer. “The marina is well-protected from strong winds and has access to exciting destinations along the Bay and the coast.”
Boaters leasing at Antigua Cove will also enjoy practical benefits from the marina’s design; the floating concrete docks allow boats to be tied securely regardless of changing tide levels.
Little Harbor offers boaters many options between their Antigua Cove and Village marinas. The Village Marina features 99 fixed Brazilian Ipe wooden dock spaces available for larger boats measuring up to 60 feet. It also offers owners the opportunity to purchase their dock space while Antigua Cove offers the flexibility of leasing. Both of these marinas provide the unique amenities available at Little Harbor. This is in addition to the 200 dry racks already available for lease in Antigua Cove’s High and Dry boat storage facility.
The knowledgeable and helpful staff, conveniently located high and dry slips, to-go food and fuel, plus fishing supplies are only some of the benefits for boaters docking in Little Harbor.
