Nice new docks, pleanty of good power and water,huge inexpensive tiki bar on property, walkable to italian resturant and they do need to train there dockmaster and persons who answer the phone. Ace Hardware. small store on property. All new, Building a new restuarant with bar, and swimming pool comming,underconstruction now. a teriffic addition to the St.Johns! Wifi at bar, not at docks yet. Very bad att phone service, had to use an amplifier. looking forward to comming back. ( By Sterling)
